Content Tree Response Invalid

I’ve rented 2 new HD movies that come up with this on all my devices (Mobile being the newest device iPhone XS Plus).
I’ve tried different browsers on my MacBook, even tried downloading the bigpond movies app in Smarthub on my Samsung TV (Except the app comes up with its own error message API Connection Area as am with Mate for my home internet) with no luck.

I would recommend speaking direct to our Bigpond Movies support team on 1300 206 622 (7am - 12am AEST)

 

Once connected they can have a look and see what can be done to resolve this.
