Made a complaint through the right channels no one got back to me. Kept getting txts saying someone would but no one did.

Did you call 1800 502 502 and speak to Telstra TV Box Office support?
Hello @alidmnd, I am sorry if you selected the incorrect title via Telstra Box Office. I'm not sure why this would be a complaint situation however? If you speak with Box Office support they may, as a once off goodwill gesture, allow you to hire the correct title and refund the HD copy, but as this was not a Telstra error I cannot guarantee this outcome for you. Please contact Box Office support directly as Jupiter has supplied, to discuss your options.
