Hello @alidmnd, I am sorry if you selected the incorrect title via Telstra Box Office. I'm not sure why this would be a complaint situation however? If you speak with Box Office support they may, as a once off goodwill gesture, allow you to hire the correct title and refund the HD copy, but as this was not a Telstra error I cannot guarantee this outcome for you. Please contact Box Office support directly as Jupiter has supplied, to discuss your options.
