Where do I get the 6month Presto redeem code not sent with online order?

If this was for a mobile phone,

once the order is completed you will receive the code within a week by email.

if it is home internet, then the code is coming out with a Welcome pack 10-14 days after the order is completed

I have also not received a code in the mail or anywhere else since we signed up for the bundle.

That's really frustrating. 

 

Presto can be contacted via support@presto.com.au to let them know you haven't received a code as yet.

132200 also no luck getting the code.

Hi,  how can I request for the presto 6 month free subscription code. I thoughts it was automatic, but presto has been charging me for 3 months now.  I asked them for a refund, but they are asking me for a code. Can you provide it please.
