Telstra Box Office

Hi, I’ve just purchased a movie on my Telstra box bigpond movies and when I started watching it, it came up with this error message
‘Paused asset is not using override restrictions syndication group’

Please help is has started the movie so I only have 24hrs now to watch it

Hey Bennottme,

This doesn't sound good, sorry the movie is causing you trouble. Can I ask which device you are trying to watch this through? eg- Laptop, smart TV, Telstra TV
