I CAN NOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE.
I have tried multiple times and on facebook.. This is such a deflating and frustrating process.
I am using devices listed as but I am unable to watch anything.
i also missed out on a rental as it had activated but I was unable to watch it on the device that I had purchased it on. I have tried 2 difference devices both listed on my profile.
I am also unable to delete any devices until mid next month!!!
I also think any movies that were sold as default HD should also be supplied as SD as I can't watch half my library on my computer.

Mine is logging for me in on my phone but on my smart TV it will not allow me to log in. Just says wrong username or password but I’m using the exact same on my phone and logs straight in!! what a joke this is.
