As a gold tier Telstra Plus member I activated the 12 month movie subscription. Somehow it ended up showing cancelled against my home account. So if I try to manage it, it shows cancelled, and I can't uncancel it. I seem to be able to redeem it on my mobile, but now, not the home account. Questions:
1. how can I uncancel it on my home account?
2. How can I get a refund for the movie that was then charged to my home account $14.99?
