That's no good to hear. Sorry you are having difficulties with Broadband Protect.
In this case can you please deactivate Telstra Broadband Protect, wait 24 hours, and then reactivate it. You can do this via Telstra 24x7 My Account or the Telstra 24x7 App. You can see instructions here on how to re-install if you are unsure https://tel.st/2hmya
If that does not work, you will need to contact our technical support team on 133 933 or via Live chat https://tel.st/azke8 & select "Broadband, Bundles & Homephone" from the first drop-down menu & "Fault" from the second drop-down menu.
