My internet account has entered a forced p[arental control .I am 48 years old and live alone ,i have no need for this restriction on my account and no one at Telstra various services ( shop , chat , technical suppourt ...etc ) seems to know how to de activate this or explain it . Can anyone one help ?

Telstra Broadband Protect can be managed via My Account: https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount
Once logged in, click on your Internet plan on the left hand column.
Scroll down to Add Ons and you will see the option to Manage Broadband Protect.
