I recently renewed my contract with Telstra and have an I phone 5c and this morning when my phone rang it was very quiet and sounded distorted and I have adjusted all volume levels and checked everything to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks for the post. I can appreicate the frustration of a distorted phone speaker.
The phone itself will need to be inspected, which may involve being sent away. The best option would be to take the phone to a Telstra store to start the inspection process.
