Your send my wife a message about whether we were happy with the service on our new iPhone7 hansets that we got from you on 27/10/16.
Firstly, my wife's phone did not activate as promised. It took well over an hour with Telstra customer complaints on Friday to diagnose the problem and sort it out. The order number and the SIM number on the paperwork that I signed in store were not the same as the SIM card in the phone.
Secondly, the bonus Sprout car mounts that you provided came minus the instruction books, and the plug on the charging cable does not fit the iPhone7. Are you able to provide a replacement.? As it stands, you are in breach of contract because the goods provided did not match what we signed for.
This is the second time we have had poor service from the Hornsby store. If you cannot address these simple issues, there will not be a third time.
Also giving my wife poor service is a bad mistake. She has a wide circle of friends and you may be sure that she will share her experience with all her friends.
