Accessing password for additional mailbox on account

Hi I have a mailbox on my account for me and one for my husband. He has lost his password for his email account and I'm trying to reset it so I can set up email on his phone as well but when I try to login using his username to reset the password I get a message that no account can be found under that username. Can someone help please?

To check correct ID to use log into Telstra My account https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home and click on the "Manage your emails" bottom left. There will be a list of all email addresses linked to your account.
