Big pond email

My @bigpond.com email has not been working since Saturday October 13 2018. Overnight it just stopped. This is on my iPhone I haven’t tried on my laptop.
I’ve tried re entering password, checking settings. All advice taken from Telstra website. I spent 20 minutes on hold with Telstra, but I had to hang up as I had to go out. So I thought I would try this forum. Anybody having same issues? It did do this about 3 weeks ago and it rectified itself. Any advice appreciated.
