Bigpond.com is rejecting emails from office 365

Getting this error message when sending email from Office365 to a bigpond email address

550 5.7.350 Remote server returned message detected as spam -> 558 5.7.1 5B8495C14B27B378 Message content rejected due to suspected spam. IB703

 

There is nothing in the emails that is suspicious. Domain name is not blacklisted. Any emails sent to bigpond.com is rejected

Do you have authentication enabled on your outgoing connection?

it's Outlook installed.

You'll need to go the mail settings for the account on outlook and enable authentication on the outgoing server SSL enabled and use port 465

We're using Office 365, your suggestion doesn't apply. This is a Telstra problem

Unable to send to BigPond Mailboxes should provide information on a few things to check and how to request that your domain/IP range is white-listed.

Actually spoke to Telstra support, and they suggested that the Bigpond user calls Bigpond support, and request the domain to be whitelisted.

That would not be the correct process as it isn't even hitting the BigPond mailbox, it is being rejected before hitting our server due to suspicious content. 

I would recommend that you follow the instructions provided in my last response if you have difficulties sending to multiple email accounts from your Office 365 domain.

I've emailed postmaster@bigpond.com, I hope someone will sort this problem soon
