I cannot access my bigpond email via my phone or my account. Only been since today and I haven't changed anything. Is this a national outage or just me.
Yep bigpond mail off the air , mine isnt working either, heck of a way to try and run a business with telstra. forget the 10 minute wait time more like 30 and then no good
Can we get an update here Telstra ASAP.
Can you confirm we can at least still receive mail? I am waiting on a reply regarding a job application. If the reply doesn't go through I look bad to the company!

Agreed, Telstra Email is not working, for approx 1hr now.
Not at home on PC.
Not on phone via WiFi.
Not on phone via 4G.
Not via direct connect to Telstra website, then WebMail.
Other email services from Google/Microsoft do work.
I too am having problems - but - this problem occurs regularly and sometimes it is days before I can login to my email accounts on web, or my outlook, or other providers. It is SO FRUSTRATING. I open my outlook 365 for example - the system kicks in and starts trying to update my folders with content then BOOM the login box asks me to enter my password.
Something fundamentally not working in Telstra here (do not get me wrong - I like Telstra - clearly they need to address the recurring problem.
Yep, mine not working on any device either.
I have tried sending to myself and it doesn't arrive and nothing leaves any device either.
Email was receiving not sending via outlook. Now nothing at all. Could see it on webmail before now it says "mail folder can not be retrieved" and now my outlook on PC is empty all my sub folders gone?????? What is going on. Web site kept saying no faults only now does it say faults and it is back timed to 8am.
Being asked for account verification - advised that password has been changed.
This is across all devices. Restarted them and reset modem.
My Telstra password lets me into my account but not my email. Short answer is my password has NOT changed.
I am in the middle of important business correspondence!
Wait time on chat is over 30 minutes and counting.....
