We run our own Exchange server and provide email hosting for our customers with almost 200 mailboxes. Recently our clients began complaining about their emails not being delivered to bigpond addresses.
I've checked myself and I can confirm that both bigpond.com and bigpond.net.au do not receive emails from my Exchange server. There are no NDRs sent either; emails simply disappear without a trace after successfully leaving our email system (yes, I've checked that).
Our domain and IP address are not in any block lists, and there are no issues with our reputation score (it's 100%). We have not changed ISPs lately, and our IP address has not changed. Why would bigpond server not deliver our emails?
Is there anyone in Telstra we can talk to about this?
