CalDav Setup on iOS device not working

I have been able to setup the CalDav account in the iOS settings (which become verified).

But when attempting to add the calendar to the app, I am continually prompted for my password (which does not get verified). The p/w works on webmail client.

I have tried removing and re-adding the CalDav account.

 

It is therefore preventing me from seeing the calendar in the iOS app (and/or sync calendar). Any thoughts?
