Hi all. My first post here. I hope this is the right board; it was the closest fit I could find after searching elsewhere.
When I just attempted to reset the password on the second mailbox attached to my account (for my wife to use) it took me to the place where I would change the password for my whole Telstra account. So, can the additional accounts we add to our bigpond mail have separate passwords from the primary account/mailbox?

Changing the password for the addition mailbox does not change the my account login. “Enter the details here to change My account login” is a programming error by the web designer who designed the page. I have changed the password on one off my additional mailboxes and it did not change the password on My account login.
I noticed the image contains your personal email address so I have notified the moderator to remove image.

You can have a separate password for each Mail boxes, To change the password on a Mail box log into Telstra My Account, scroll down to Manage Mail boxes, click on the mail box you wish to change and click on the link to change password. Note if you change the password on the primary Mailbox it also changes the password for your internet and Telstra My Account.

Hi Stef, I've only just seen the earlier reply. When I first attempted to change the password on the additional mailbox, it was also going to change my Telstra account password too. I'll try again.
