Hi Scmurray,
It looks like you might have picked up a blacklisted IP the last time your modem restarted.

Powercycle (turn off/on) your modem and then retry sending.

 

If you still get the same error afterwards, you may have a virus on your computer.

Download and scan with something like MalwareBytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and Microsoft Security Essentials http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows/security-essentials-download

 

Once the infection has been cleared you will then need to find your IP address: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=what+is+my+ip

Enter it at http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check ,  and click the appropriate entries which show up as listed to apply for de-listing.
