Email suspended

As of yesterday morning, my email account was suspended. I have had many emails recently - someone hacking accounts and changing passwords - I have tried to change everything. I rand Telstra yesterday and spent a looong time in the cue, only to be told that my account has been suspended, but that the bigpond support team are not currently working due to COVID-19, so they cannot help me. The lady was unable to let me know when anyone might be able to - she indicated it could be many weeks. What can I do? I am working and also studying, and NEED access to my emails. My son's playstation account has also been compromised at the same time, but I cannot reset a password with an account I can't access!
