Emails Blocked as Potential Spam

Hi. We have a quite a few people on our email list who have a email address. Unfortunately, some of the emails we've sent them have come back as hard bounces with this message (or similar):

"Rejected by recipient's email security filter. SPAM 558 5.7.1 5BE038C93C257A5B. Message content rejected due to suspected spam. IB703"

These are people who are either our customers or who opted in to our email list.

How can we prevent these bounces from happening? Since they are coming back as "hard bounces" they are being automatically unsubscribed from our email list.
