Hi, when emails are sent from our Company CRM, They are not being received by a contact using bigpond email address (my personal one actually). they don't even arrive in Junk folder. Can I fix this? Thanks

Has the customer been in contact with our Tech Support team for assistance? They will need to look into any potential issues with the mailbox blocking certain email addresses.

All good now. After raising a ticket, they have installed a new release of their spam filter and this has solved the problem.
