Hello
I have an Asus laptop and a Samsung phone and my Bigpond emails are only being shown from the past few weeks. When I went into the Telstra shop all my emails are being shown on their system. They told me i had to make an appointment but i didn't have time. Can someone tell me how to fix this asap please?

Are you logging in through webmail, or using an app to access your emails?
Go into the email app settings on the phone and change the Email sync period. It is probably only set to 14 days. If this is also occurring on Laptop check the sync period on the email client on the laptop.
With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
