High Deferred and Emails Blocks

my name is Matteo Mascazzini and I’m a deliverability specialist for Mapp Digital.

From about 6 months some of our Costumers are having problems to send to @@bigpond accounts.

The problems consist in high deferred and blocked bounces.


We would like to understand why, and also if it's possible to improve the situation.
