I am hoping to find out how to contact the support department for Bigpond's email servers especially someone who deals with email blocking or whitelisting.
I have a business where we are sending our Bigpond customer legitimate emails confirming their holiday bookings with our business but Bigpond is rejecting them as suspected spam.
How do we get that fixed??
Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for your reply.
The email address is definitely not blacklisted and we have checked our spam filtering system & they advise it is not them blocking it. They stated that it was definitely blocked by bigpond as only emails going to bigpond addresses are being blocked.
Are you able to try sending a text only email without any attachments or links in the body and see if they go through.
It's possible that you are using shortened URL's in the email that may be blacklisted. Emails sent to or from BigPond accounts, may be blocked if they contain links using certain URL shorteners and affected emails will be rejected and receive a bounceback message.
