I cannot send emails from Outlook 2016

I have followed instructions for setup of telsta mail on outlook 2016.  I have an old email account (@bigpond.net.au).  Incoming mail works fine, but get error

 

Send test email message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

 

Settings

 

Then, select More Settings and input the following details

Outgoing Server Tab

  • My outgoing server SMTP requires authentication: Ticked
  • Use same settings as my incoming mail server: Selected       

Advanced Tab: Server Port Numbers

  • Incoming server (IMAP): 993
  • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
  • Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
  • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

 

Would apprewciate any suggestions.

Try unticking outgoing server requires authentication

On the main Change Account Page

Is Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.bigpond.com
