Mail migration fail

My primary mailbox was deactivated and other mailboxes deleted, I assume during telstra mail migration.

First impact noticed 4th December. I've reactivated primary mailbox (not used for mail) but can't re-add my others that we do use daily because they're in use. Someone missed a couple of use cases in their planning I think! Great migration experience!!

Oh, and did I mention that they're new and improved Identity Mgt approach where your account password works for all mail, doesn't recognise the password in outlook.

Any thoughts on how to sort this.

Good new being that one of the accounts deleted was for my Telstra Bill so I won't see that arrive any time soon.
