New Outlook email

Hi My old computer has died and will not work. I used to have windows xp and used outlook express. I have now bought A new computer with windows 8. I now have outlook.com but I am trying to get back my old emails from outlook express. It want me to use the mail migaration app but it does not show up and then wants me to change my resolution from 64bit to 32bit (how ) but i do not really want to has any body got a fix for this cheers ziggy

Hey v2,

If you were using outlook express before then that would have downloaded your emails up until your old computer stopped working. Those emails would have been deleted from our server when outlook express retrieved them, so you won't be able to get access to them unless you can get them from your old computer somehow.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
