After years without a glitch,O/Express wants me to log in to receive incoming mail.I use the only user name I use & a generic password I use for all but every time I "log in",it takes me back to the start. How to I get rid of this nuisance popping up all the time & impedeing my access.

Re: Outlook Express

Hey Sharply,

I've seen this error occur due to older passwords not conforming to the new password standards. Are you able to try resetting the password? Sometimes this can resolve this fault Smiley Happy
