PERMANENT fatal delivery error

Hi

 

I've been trying to send an email or reply to an email that has a bigpond.com domain and the same return message keeps on returning as failed to delivered.

 

This is the failed delivery message:

 

MDaemon Delivery Status Notification - http://www.altn.com/dsn/

The attached message had PERMANENT fatal delivery errors.

 

After one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts the attached message has been removed from the MDaemon mail queue on this server.  The number and frequency of delivery attempts are determined by local configuration.

YOUR MESSAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ONE OR MORE RECIPIENTS

 

also;

 

Connection refused - IB115. 203.58.18.58 is blacklisted. If you believe this to be in error, please contact postmaster@bigpond.com  Fri 2018-11-02 08:50:20: --> QUIT

 

I can't understand how our company's IP is blacklisted by bigpond. We have nearly a thousand employees and hundreds of customers. Unfortunately we have to ask them to provide another email if they use bigpond!!

 

Any solution? Suggestion?
