Redirect email from old Bigpond account

Hi. Have an old Telstra Bigpond account and have upgraded to new Sierra 4G with new account thru Outlook. How do I redirect from the old account - Please

Hey Dav7,

 

We might need to check over those settings and escalate this if it's still not working. Would suggest giving our Tech Support area a call to look over this Smiley Happy

Hey Dav7,

 

If the older email is still left open you should be able to forward all emails via webmail. What platform is the older email on? Myconnect or Outlook.com?

Hi Brodey. Umm I am not sure about the platform. It is Webmail "enter Bigpond or Telstra user name" and is NOT Outlook

Brodie. Further to last nights message, I have now located the settings area and the onforwarding area/s for the original address. I set the box for  redirrection to my new address and sent a couple of test messages. They arrived at the original address but were not onforwarded.
