Spam email


I receive about 15 spam emails a day. No matter how many times I unsubscribe or "report as spam" I continue to receive them

Can anyone help me please???

Do you know what email platform you are on?

I am going to take a guess at as most spam complaints are regarding that platform.


You can alter the spam preferences through the webpage. Here are some instructions:


Set the filtering level of the messages
Please follow these steps to setup your junk e-mail filter in


1. Sign in to the website with your account.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Gear icon, and then click More mail settings.
3. Under Preventing junk email, click Filters and reporting.
4. Under Filters and reporting, select the options that you want, and then click Save.

I don't have an Outlook account. How does signing up to this stop the spam on my Bigpond account?
