T-Mai Error "Your request could not be completed. Please try again"

Hello,

I am having some issues logging into my bigpond mail on web browser. After logging into my account on Telstra, I followed the link through to webmail & tried putting in my address/password & was met with the following error ""Your request could not be completed. Please try again".

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Have the issue fixed for now, it was a server issue that needed to be fixed. Thanks for your help Smiley Happy

Hi Luke,

I'm only asking the following question to be sure, though are you 100% certain you're entering the correct email and password?

Have you attempted to set up the email on your mobile phone or a device (e.g. Tablet )? If you could give it a try, we may be able to confirm whether this is a browser issue or email account issue.

Could you please try setting up the email on another device and see if that works?

Yes:
1. Double checked login & password
2. Have logged in previously before
3. Tried setting up on another phone but after logging in it said "safari could not connect after redirecting too many times"

This is happening again today. I've tried Firefox & IE.

Thanks for your reply. I found that the issue was related to one particular email from a company oversees who had their company logon, a JPG file, embedded in the email. Once I removed the JPG, I was able to save to drafts and send my reply.
