Telstra Business Emails not sending from ADSL

Hi,

Any help would be appreciated, the problem has been elevated to level 3 tech support 4 days ago and they can't fix the problem. I've spoken with about 10 people, even told that Telstra Business doesn't host my domain name, I had to call GoDaddy to check it wasn't somehow stolen or changed by someone. It's with Telstra Business.

 

On iMac I can receive and reply to emails, but I can not send a new email on ADSL

I can send a new email on 4G if I hotspot my iphone to the iMac and can send from iphone on 4G but not WiFi ADSL. 

 

I hope someone can assist. Cheers..

 

Below error message when I try to send a new email;

 

Cannot send message using the server

smtp.telstrabusiness.com

 

Sending the message content to the server failed

 

The server response was: 5.7.1 5C1AEA602FF89F1D Message content rejected due to suspected spam. OB703

send an email to postmaster@bigpond.com and include the following:

 

  • Exact dates and times of when you tried to send the email.
    Preferably in the following format (dd-mm-yyyy) (hh:mm AEST).
  • Sending domain/email address
  • IP address at the time of attempt
  • The exact Bounce back message/s
  • A copy from the message that you have tried to send (including any signature and attachments)
  • Your contact details
