This Link works in Canning for me>

If your Telstra Mail is not working i suggest you turn off your Router for 30 minutes, that time lets Router "reset"

Okay UPDATE
I turned off my routers as they seemed quite warm, for 30 minutes.
Seems Telstra Mail is working again, on all my devices. (^!^)

OK, I was out with both mobile devices and PC, router wouldn't have had any effect with mobiles, not interconnected at the moment.
BUT, we are now back up and running with MSN and Bigpond emails again here.
Might just take a few minutes for the whole system to clear and be working for everyone.
