Telstra e-mail support.

I was recently locked from my E-mail as it wouldn't accept my password,despite me resetting it 3 times and when I phoned tech support I couldn't understand the guy on the other end,and when I asked for a Australian that spoke English he claimed that they had "no Australian tech support" When I'm dealing with such things as passwords It's important that I understand who I'm taking to,so it there a way around this?
