I can appreciate your concerns with the email service and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused As this has been an ongoing issue for an extended period of time then I would recommend having this discussed and tested further with our tech team to see if this can be resolved further. These teams can be reached on 133933 (ADSL/Cable) and 1800834273 - IVR > saying “faults” when prompted (NBN). Both these teams are available to assist 24/7.
