Transfer of domain name hosting

REcently changed providers to a big pond bundle, was told we could transfer domain names from previous provider over to Telstra - now nobody seems to know how, or have been told you can't,  and nobody from Telstra will call back as promised - still waiting.  Melbourne IT seem to think it is quite easy for Telstra to do this.  Wish we never changed.  Does any body know how to do this.  We have already spent many hours on the phone with Telstra to no avail.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Transfer of domain name hosting

Hey Renee,

Still having trouble - is there anyway someone from Telstra can phone and guide us through the process.  Told by Telstra they would do this as part of package and now no one seems to know anything on how to do this.
