Hi, I'm getting the message "your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

incoming mail server is: POP3
both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail.bigpond.com
Only 'Log on using clear text authentication' is selected
Outgoing Mail server 'My server requires authentication' is ticked and setting 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' is ticked
Outgoing mail SMTP 587
Incoming mail POP3 995
Both in and outgoing servers requires a secure connection

change outgoing to smtp.telstra.com
change the outgoing port number to 465
