bigpond and webmail down

So I've had intermittent access to my bigpond through my outlook app for a few days and today I went to use the webmail (as suggested by Telstra who admit they are having problems and attempting to fix them) only to not have ANY emails on the webmail, nor am I able to send an email from the webmail account. I keep getting 'an error occured. try again later' Seriously?? How am supposed to run a business with this?

And my outlook program keeps popping up with a text box asking me for my bigpond password.

I've tried to speak to anyone or someone at Telstra but can't seem to access any human. 

has anyone else had these issues lately??
