@telstra.com server rejecting emails

Hello,

Can some one help me with this. I have a business that has an online shop that email customers when they have purchased. Currently @telstra.com and @bigpind emails are rejectiing emails from my server..  Here is the log from my server.

Email is being sent from deliciou@server.deliciousbuds.com.au to contact@deliciousbuds.com.au and nicnic991@telstra.com.
Email account contact@deliciousbuds.com.au receives fine, but the server nicnic991@telstra.com is rejecting the email from deliciou@server.deliciousbuds.com.au

Hi Nicnic, 

Im sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Email service. I know this can be very frustrating and I apologise for the inconvenience.

You will need to contact Business Email support on 132999 and choose your internet type.

Thanks for your reply. I spoke to 17 different people yesterday from Telstra. I was trnsferred to telstra, then bigpond, then told to goto  live chat. I even spoke to a level 3 technician Noone was or is able to help me. I am so dissaponted with the lackof help and the amount of time (3 hours) to be exact that i was trasferred to department to department

I'm no Technical Support Consultant, but googling that error message (550 5.1.0) yields up this solution:

so that may be worth a try.
