Why dont you answer your phone if one of your sales person gives you the number and said to call if i have a fault well i have been calling al day with no responce i have left messages and even left SMS on his so called mobile the person in question is Alberto from your Telstra Store Midland Gate

I am very sorry to hear that you have not been able to get in touch with the consultant.
From time to time consultants can experience delays from answering calls, furthermore by calling the consultant directly without prevail may suggest they have taken leave.
I'd recommend contacting the store directly by phoning them on 0892741877, if you are put through to MessageBank please leave a message as this service is monitored.
