When will my iPhone arrive?

I ordered a iPhone 6 plus 128gb space grey from the Telstra store at Noosa Civic a number of weeks ago now, at the time I was told I would have the phone in a couple of days, that was weeks ago. They also re contracted me without my full knowledge or understanding, so now I am stuck with a new contract and no phone, thanks Telstra and congratulations on the exceptional customer service.

Thank you Steph at least I got a reply. I am doing exactly what you suggest already, and each time I call in to the store (yes I go out of my way to call in to the store personally) I get no satisfactory answer, in fact I am made to feel like "why are you even asking, did we ring you to say it was in? Well you will just have to wait until we do" At least by posting this it may help in arriving at a resolution to my issue!
