Can I please have an update on my NBN order. I was given this order number NBNO-300356 last Monday and I made inquiries on the phone why I was trying to get my faulty phone reported and I was advised that the date that was given to me as the install date 8-12 PM on 5th of May is only tentative and a case manager needs to call me to confirm appointment.
Can you please clarify if this is correct? Can I also change my booking date to a later date?
