Can not redeem discounted movies - “something went wrong”

Hi there, back in telstra thanks I was able to redeem Telstra discount movie tickets very easily. But ever since I switched to telstra plus, i was not able to purchase them. After selecting which cinema, movie, time, I click next and the page will say “something went wrong, we were unable to find your Telstra plus membership”. I have de-register and register for Telstra plus multiple times, still the same with “something went wrong”
