Hi, I have been trying to redeem Telstra Plus offers, which I can see I am entitled to in the 24x7 App, and from emails I get from Telstra. However when I click through to activate now it goes to a screen saying I don't have any offers associated with my Telstra Id. I tried to get help with this through the Telstra onlinechat and by emailing Telstra support bck on the 12 July but still no response from Telstra and still no luck activating any offers. What do I need to do?
