Kayo Subscription

I’ve activated the three month trial of Kayo and I just tried logging in. It tells me I need to renew my subscription but when I go into my Telstra account it says it is still active until October. 

 

Not sure what I’m doing wrong?

Hey Lynetty,

 

This is a strange one and sounds as though the login details for the Kayo subscription are not linking to the Telstra Account. I do have the following troubleshooting steps that can be attempted with the Kayo Sports service at

This does have a section on how to activate the service and get access via the Telstra Plus program. Can you check and see what step you are having issues with accessing this service?

Hi Matty, 

 

I'm still having issues with it but I've logged a ticket through the online chat. I signed up for the trial and apparently it was cancelled on the same day so I don't know what's happening.

Sounds like maybe it's a system glitch that will need to be looked at from the backend, please keep us updated on what happens from here once the team has had a bit more of a chance to look into this for you.
