Missing order

I ordered a speaker online 12 days ago.

Tracking doesn't work and item hasn't arrived.

 

Invoice number is all I was given.

I recently ordered something via Telstra Plus.

 

I recevied the email which had the invoice number saying We've got your order.

 

My item has been delivered and I can confirm the invoice number does not work with StarTrack to track the item at all.

 

I never received any follow-up emails to say the item had been dispatched, it simply arrived.

You will not be able to track your order until it is processed and dispatched. Have you received a second email notifying you that order has been processed and dispatched? 12 days is a long time an order should have been processed by now so I recommend you contact Telstra

Yes and I was given that order number and a link to star track.

That number doesn't come up.

I tried calling support but the Indian woman couldn't understand me and was of no help.

Did you use the link in the email? The link in the email should take you directly to your item as it has the tracking number contained in the link.

I had a similar problem with an order and used 24/7 live chat to get the non delivery fixed.

Link just goes to star track with no tracking number.

If I input the invoice number it is incorrect.
