I have not received movie tickets after purchase confirmed by Paypal. Looked in all the email folders. Nada.

You will need to contact the Cinema that you bought them from. You buy them from the cinema's site, Telstra's site only redirects you to a page that has access to the Telstra Thanks pricing.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
