No accounts found when trying to activate Stan offer

No one seems to be able to help me with this as when I call I’m directed to the 24/7 chat but they have either dropped out of the chat or not been able to help... frustrating! Just trying to activate my free 6 months of Stan and it keeps coming up with error messages about no services found or no accounts found - we have 4 services attached to account! Any help???
